About the Founder
James Hickey is the Founder of PathWays Collective and a pioneer in Applied Neurodivergence, a systems methodology that uses bottom-up processing and advanced pattern recognition to resolve operational failures traditional consulting overlooks.
Diagnosed AuDHD at 45, James spent 25 years leading operations across casino gaming, commercial logistics, and healthcare systems, developing a non-standard approach that consistently improved efficiency and system resilience. Today, he helps organizations bridge the gap between executive intent and on-the-ground reality.
Using trauma-informed clinical interviewing and systems thinking, James surfaces the unspoken constraints inside complex organizations. More than just delivering recommendations, he retools systems so they can actually hold under pressure.
