About the Speaker
James Hickey is the Founder and Managing Director of PathWays Collective, specializing in systemic integration and neurodivergent intelligence optimization. Diagnosed AuDHD at 45 after two decades of high-masking across multiple industries including construction, casino gaming, healthcare, commercial logistics, and recovery services. James brings a unique perspective to both organizational strategy and recovery advocacy.
He is a Licensed Peer Recovery Supporter (PRS) and Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor (CDCA), author of From Liquor to Dhikr and accompanying clinical frameworks, and host of the Path of the Sober Seeker podcast. James speaks from lived experience, clinical training, and over two decades of solving problems nobody else could solve.
