About The Founder

James H. is the Founder and Lead Solutions Architect at Pathways Collective. As a neurodivergent professional (Autism Spectrum Level 1 and ADHD, or AuDHD), James leverages a unique cognitive profile characterized by high-speed pattern recognition and "bottom-up" analytical logic to solve complex organizational challenges.

With a background spanning commercial logistics and behavioral health. James specializes in predictive risk assessment and cross-system integration. He utilizes his neurodivergent perspective to identify systemic friction points that traditional "top-down" models often overlook. As the author of From Liquor to Dhikr, he has a demonstrated mastery in reconciling deeply complex, rigid frameworks into functional, repeatable protocols.

As a Licensed Peer Recovery Supporter and certified in trauma-informed practices, James brings clinical interviewing methodologies into organizational consulting. This enables the Employee Shield protocol—a trauma-informed approach that surfaces operational reality without triggering career self-preservation or defensive responses. While traditional consultants extract information, James partners with teams using techniques refined through years of motivational interviewing and person-centered supports.
